Viking Repair Lexington is an independent repair business working on Viking cooking and kitchen appliances in Lexington and the towns beside it. Ranges, wall ovens, refrigeration and dishwashers — one manufacturer's platforms, learned properly, rather than everything badly.
The method is unglamorous. Take readings before touching a part; know the difference between a component that has failed and an assembly that is reporting a failure; and never fit something because it is the cheapest thing to try next. Most of the repairs that go wrong go wrong at the diagnosis, not at the spanner.
Work is carried out in your kitchen. Nothing leaves the house, and nothing is opened until the price for the work is agreed.

Model and serial off the rating plate — behind the kick panel or inside the oven door frame on most of these — plus what the appliance is doing in your own words. That pairing settles what rides on the van.

Readings, in the kitchen
Manifold pressure on gas, spark and flame sense burner by burner, element and sensor resistance under load, cavity temperature against set point through a full preheat. Written down as they are taken.

One price, then the work
Parts and labour quoted as a single number and agreed before anything is opened up. If the honest answer is that the appliance is not worth the repair, that is the answer you get.
